How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 1-2 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Standard Shipping is 2-4 Business days depending on your location. All Packages Delivery is with the FED-EX. Business days are Monday-Friday

Can I return the hair if I mess the coloring up?

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "Blame Jane". We understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that's why we take care of the coloring for you with our custom coloring services when purchasing.

When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking number, Shipping Activity will become available after 24-48hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.fedex.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from Blame Jane. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at blamejanesales@gmail.com.
